Ravanjska vrata necropolis in Music on R418a
Four sites of mediaeval tombstones have been identified in Ravanjska vrata: the upper and lower necropolises in the pass itself, and Trisica njive (field) and Konopi at the entrance to the pass.

Kucarin necropolis in Hrancici at N43 40 57.3 E18 45 34
The size of the necropolis suggests that burial beneath tombstone was an integral part of the local culture. The setting of the necropolis in woodland has enhanced the value of the cultural landscape.

Foca kanton [capital = Foca]

Mramor necropolis in Celebici at Vrbica
The following motifs are represented on the site: frieze, small crosses, stylised cross, anthropomorphic cross, crescent moons, staff, swords, dagger, circles, watermill, hand, rosette, animal motifs, relief motifs of human figures. No inscriptions have been recorded.

A larger number of tombstones are oriented east-west, and a smaller number north-south.
Borak necropolis in Burati at N43 50 13 E18 53 4.05
Specifies that the tombstones of good workmanship, but very overgrown with woods, so it's almost impossible to determine their exact number.

The 179.5 m long bridge is a representative masterpiece of Sinan, one of the greatest architects and engineers of the classical Ottoman period and a contemporary of the Italian Renaissance, with which his work may be compared. The unique elegance of proportion and monumental nobility of the whole site bear witness to the greatness of this style of architecture.

The necropolis has 133 tombstones: 36 slabs, one slab on a plinth, 27 chests, 24 chests on plinths, four tall chests, five tall chests on plinths, two gabled, 31 gabled on plinths, and three cruciform tombstones.
Boljuni necropolis in Bjelojevici at N43 1 40.38 E17 52 29.36
Unique to Boljani are the figure of a lion, a woman with a child in her arms, stylized rosettes, a mythical lizard-like animal and a round dance with the dance leader riding a deer.
Bijaca necropolis in Ljubuski at N43 7 44.9 E17 35 37
Symbolic motifs include a cross, crescent moon, twisted garland, rosette, star and sun. The weapons represented are a sword, shield, shield with sword, and bow and arrow. Round-dance scenes, human figures and hunting scenes feature on eight tombstones. Geometric and architectural motifs consist of cable twist, vines with trefoils and arcades.

The Old Bridge area, with its pre-Ottoman, eastern Ottoman, Mediterranean and western European architectural features, is an outstanding example of a multicultural urban settlement. The reconstructed Old Bridge and Old City of Mostar is a symbol of reconciliation, international co-operation and of the coexistence of diverse cultural, ethnic and religious communities.

The necropolis consists of 172 tombstones and numerous graves without tombstones. A single gabled tombstone stands out among the rest, all of which are slab-shaped or chest-shaped.
Dugo polje necropolis in Zelicevina at N43 39 47.6 E17 32 35
The Dugo polje necropolis has 150 tombstones; 72 slab-shaped, 59 chest-shaped, 14 tall chests, four gabled on plinths and one gabled without plinth. Figural scenes include hunting scenes, jousting scenes, round dances etc.

The decorative motifs represented in this necropolis are cable twist, lines in relief and reverse relief, a vine with a trefoil, a vine with spirals, a stylized cross, a Latin cross, a shield, a sword, a circle, and a round-dance scene - the dance of death with eight human figures.

Stecci are made of limestone, are arranged in rows and well preserved.

Trebinje kanton [capital = Trebinje]

Grebnice necropolis in Baljci at N42 54 16.5 E18 27 52
The motifs are arcades, scrolling vines with trefoils, crosses, rows of rosettes and circular garlands, networks of rhombs, twisted garlands, a "vodenica" (circular garland), and a hand.
Potkuk necropolis in Ljuti Do at N43 6 35.86 E18 7 44.24
A total of 45 monuments are decorated. The decorations are made in sunk relief except for a few which were carved into the tombstones.
Kalufi necropolis in Krekovi at N43 18 47.5 E18 11 47.3
The tombstones were cut from good quality limestone, and most are of good workmanship, though some are of poorer quality and some are even of indeterminate shape.
Cengica Bara necropolis in Obalj at N43 25 14.83 E18 24 7.24
It consists of 52 stecak tombstones, all of good workmanship and well preserved, lying west-east in rows.
Gvozno necropolis in Krbljine at N43 33 27.6 E18 26 18
The decorations include hunting and dance scenes, and there are several figures of dogs. Unique to this necropolis are the figures of winged dragons.

Tuzla kanton [capital = Tuzla]

Necropolis in Olovci at N44 17 16 E18 38 52
The decorative motifs found in this necropolis are a double spiral, cable twist, a cross with rounded ends to the arms, two Tau crosses, a motif resembling a staff.

Vlasenica kanton [capital = Vlasenica]

Becani necropolis in Durici at N44 19 40.09 E18 50 41.78
It has 138 visible tombstones - four slabs, 15 chests, 41 gabled, 77 standing stones and one sunken tombstone of indeterminate shape.
