On the second floor the 1500 sqft platform is subdivided in a 2 bedroom apartment and a
huge porch dedicated to the operation of a restaurant. We stopped the restaurant in 2011
because of health problems. The apartment would rent for 15,000US$ a year.If the running of a restaurant is not sought after, the apartment can easily be extended to a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom appartment of 1350 sqft keeping a breakfast area for the hotel guests (see penthouse extension).
